First 2-3 Hours is $3,000. All subsequent hours are an additional $300 per hour (i.e, 4 Hours = $3,300, 5 Hours = $3,600). The exception to this rule is ‘Band’ bookings for ‘Wedding Receptions’, as the base timeframe for this performance type is 4 Hours. All inquiries must have a specific start and end time.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. And the remaining 50% is due not less than three (3) calendar days prior to the event.
Events in the following counties, (Montgomery County, Chester County, Bucks County, Lehigh County, Northampton County, Burlington County, Camden County, Gloucester County, and New Castle County), will be charged a starting investment of $4,000.
If the event is outside of the Philadelphia Tri-State Area and Northeast Megalopolis, the starting investment will be $9,700.
International Events will have a starting investment of $17,500.
Travel and lodging will be required if outside of the Philadelphia/Delaware County, PA area. These fees will be factored into the final quote.
